FAZENDA MIO - HONEY - BRAZIL

This coffee comes to Cult via Fazenda Mio. Ana Luiza hosted a cupping with us at our cafe earlier last year and we've kept a keen eye on what they've been offering ever since. This coffee has a great fruit presence and delicious delicate floral notes that we all love here at the roastery.

This coffee was processed as a honey method where it was mechanically de-pulped from the cherries at the wet mill while ensuring the mucilage stays attached to the beans. The sticky part of the cherry contains high amounts of sugar, resulting in a pronounced body and developed, delicate sweetness in Mio's coffee.
