ROAST SCHEDULE/SHIPPING

- We roast for wholesale orders on Monday, Tuesday and ship on Wednesdays.

-From time to time certain coffees posted here may have sold out. If this is the case we will contact you directly with either an amendment or substitution.

- For all orders, please ensure you have placed your order no later than midnight Monday. (GMT)

- We ship all domestic wholesale orders using Royal Mail.

- Please be aware that bank holidays and Christmas may interfere with our usual shipping schedules due to Royal Mail policies.

- Sometimes OrderSpace may incorrectly calculate your shipping, if this is the case with your order, we reserve the right to adjust and bill accordingly.

- All shipping fees will be calculated post-order and included in your invoice.

YOUR ORDER + PAYMENT
- Once you have placed your order here via OrderSpace you will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours, if this has not happened please get in touch with the Roastery team (Roastery@cultroasters.com). Shortly after you will receive an invoice via Xero (our Accounting software). Please pay this directly via the invoice by BACS or Card.

- Orders placed over the weekend will not be confirmed until Monday (or the first working day should Monday be a bank holiday).

REUSABLE BUCKETS (Locals Only)
- Wholesale customers are able to arrange for their coffee to be sent in reusable buckets rather than in our recyclable packaging: orders must be at least 4kg to be sent in buckets.

-Please get in touch to see if you are suitable for that option or we may have to adjust your invoice accordingly.

- All returned buckets must be thoroughly cleaned and sanitised before being returned to the roastery.

TRAINING
- Please be aware that training for house accounts is free, within reason: occasionally there may be additional costs associated with certain training materials but this would be discussed prior to booking in your session. Please note that a House account is classified as a customer who orders a minimum of 5kg per week. To receive free training there will be a contractual obligation of 12 months at 5kg per week.

ROAST POLICY
- To fulfil your order you may receive coffee roasted prior to your dispatch date, while we endeavour to send the freshest coffee possible, we are aware of the environmental impact this may have, so in order to minimise wastage and avoid delays, we may send

OUR BRANDING/IMAGES/MERCHANDISE
- Be aware that all images, branding, logos and merchandise are subject to copyright, and are the property of Cult Coffee Roasters, meaning that they are not to be replicated, redistributed or displayed without express permission from Cult Coffee Roasters.
