Yessica Victoria Mancia is a dedicated coffee producer in Intibucà, Honduras. Yessica inherited her farm Mi Regalo in 2017 from her father. Mi Regalo is located at 1750 masl, and Yessica and her husband run this farm using only organic fertilizer and selectively harvest all the coffee; cherries are dried in solar domes over 25 days, ensuring exceptional quality. Yessica’s goal is to improve her family's quality of life and invest in her children’s education through coffee production.
Through the Intibucà Project, Yessica is part of a collective working to elevate the region’s coffee, led by Rony Gámez. This group focuses on producing high-quality micro-lots with unique fruit notes and soft acidity, all while securing better market access for small-scale farmers. By supporting this project, we hope to help farmers like Yessica thrive—ensuring stability, sustainability, and growth.
